Installing Solar in New York City

Sustainable CUNY, as an objective third party, has led the NYC Solar Partnership since 2006, working with Con Edison, NYSERDA, the NYC Department of Buildings, the FDNY and other NYC Agencies to shorten and streamline the permitting and interconnection processes for installing solar in NYC. NYC Solar Ombudsmen has worked with the NYC Department of Buildings since 2010 on a regular basis to assist installers and agency staff. Contact a NY Solar Ombudsmen
